Humidity respects our customers account information as private and confidential information, and will never share this with any outside businesses or individuals.
Products ordered on the website can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states. We currently do not accept website purchases outside of the United States. Once your order ships, we will send you an email confirming that your order is on its way. All website purchases will be sent via USPS. You can track your order at any time by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.
Please allow 3-5 business days for all order processing, with an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.
We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery cannot be altered at any time. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Any claims must be made between the buyer and carrier. Due to high volume, orders cannot be cancelled and we can only process orders as they are received. We cannot combine shipping on orders to the same address.
We seek to ensure that the website does not have any technical problems and that products displayed are available. However, our products are limited in quantity and released on our website where there is high demand, so we cannot guarantee the availability of any products on the website will be available for purchase. In the event that your ordered items are unavailable, we will notify you as soon as we can. If Humidity no longer has or discontinues a product you have ordered, you will receive a full refund for any product purchased but not yet shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. All website purchases are final sale. We inspect every item during processing to ensure that the product you receive is up to par with Humidity standards.
